The delivery costs charged with the item are for ground floor doorstep only, however our drivers are very helpful and 99% of the time will take it to a requested position on the ground floor of your house. The delivery does not include lifting up and down stairs or through narrow or twisting passage ways. The path from the delivery vehicle to doorstep should be sound and free from open trenches, obstacles, thick mud etc.
If a delivery cannot be made due to access problems or nobody available to accept, inspect and sign for the item then a re delivery charge may occur.
Items will not be left in garages, sheds, porches etc. If you wish to leave with a neighbour please arrange direct with our delivery company but they will need to inspect and sign for the item on your behalf.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the item can get access to its final position through the house, through doorways etc.
Do not book tradesmen to fit the items until you have the item delivered to your house. We cannot accept responsibility for costs due to cancelled tradesmen not being able to fit your item for any reasosns.
The delivery date and time is to be agreed between yourself and our delivery company as we find this far easier . Therefore for any appointments you make we cannot accept responsibility for any delivery issues.
If preferred once the item is in stock with us you can collect direct from our delivery company warehouse, please make contact with them directly to arrange this.
When the item is delivered to you it is your responsibility to check the items model number is the correct one you wanted before signing. If there is any visible damage, refuse delivery and the driver will return it to us . All returned items must not be installed or used in any way and must be in their original packing.
If you are not available to take delivery and wish to assign somebody else please contact our delivery company their details prior to delivery.
Any damages reported after delivery shall be up to the manufacturers discretion regarding a replacement or service call .
All cosmetic damages must be reported within 48hrs of delivery.
